Comics about finance, business, market

Disclaimer

All comics are AI generated. I can't draw, but I have a lot of complicated stories I want to share. Comics are a way to deliver these content to people who lacked the patience.

Comic coming soon
Alright, another day of filming -- what's this setting?
Ah, Shez you're here. Today we're doing something different. I figure we need an episode for ourselves.
An advertisement episode?
Yeah, a GSL (graphic sales letter) in our case.
We don't usually talk about ourselves. What's up with this plan all of the sudden?
Not everyone has time for our content. We should just tell them what we do in under 2 minutes.
Uhh...
Quick, the ad-timer is counting down. Self-introduction now!
I'll start. I'm Kurumi
And Im Schisandra. Shez for short.
"Katsura Kurumi" is the Japanese translation for our names
And we took up this Japanese name because we decided on manga aesthetic
What topics do Katsura Kurumi cover?
We mainly go for technical topics like AI, software, finance, applied science
Why?
Because that is the interest and expertise of the author.
Technical people don't make enough digestible content, and artistic people don't make enough technical content. We are just trying to close the gap.
Shez might not look like it, but she's actually smart as hell
W-whats that supposed to mean?
It's not easy to predict questions normal people want to ask. By asking good and relevant questions, I'm able to give more targeted answers to the audience.
That's right! Asking good questions is a skill of its own. About time I get some credit for that!
We're trying to put **Adversarial Learning** into practice
B-but how do we fund ourselves? Do we get enough viewership to stay solvent?
Viewership don't matter. By going after niche and technical topics, we are already prepared that our content is less likely to be distributed by social platforms and SEO.
Doesn't that mean we will go bankrupt? Nooo... I gonna lose my job to AI...
...what are you talking about?
If you are worried about funding and the continuity of this series, we have ways to fund ourselves.
How?
Since we are already capable of covering technical and practical content, we do not depend on traffic volume to stay solvent.
As long as audience find value in our performance, we will keep distributing our comics at our own cost.
But why not stay at the job and keep trade secrets?
Our author thinks making things is fun.
Well, I care about ROI!
There's a way to align all of our interest. If you run a business and see value in our series, it is possible to sponsor an episode where we explain your solution and its practicality in modern markets or problems.
Ah, we kind of already are doing that for free for mainstream apps we respect!
And it could be one of our audience's product next time.
Also, since we are not dependent on viewership for earnings, it also means we don't have to resort to fan service, or have constant pressure to upload low signal post and waste everyone's time.
I doubt the image AI safety featured even allowed lewd versions of us to be generated.
R34. Don't give the internet any ideas.
So who is David Len?
Our author. That is what he was called while he worked in Fintech, financial analyst, and software engineering.
Is he good?
You can decide on your own
Ah, a fan mail!
Oh? Let's read. I'm also curious.
[You suck. Ligma balls]
Uhh... it's a hate mail.
Send it to the block pile. We don't have time for negativity
Oh, there's another one!
[You're cringe.]
I'm enjoying life. Blocked. Next.
[I hate AI slop.]
I also hate ai generated content that is thoughtless and not made for the benefit of the audience's attention
[You're wrong.]
It's negative, but...
Now that's interesting. Did his comment show what mistake we made?
Not yet...
Hmm, he should. Its worth mentioning that it's hard to update the content after it's published in comic format. We might have to write a follow-up thread to address inconsistency or inaccuracy.
Or removing the old one and redoing it all over...
That's the worst case. If only we get more help at proof reading.
[Your graphic is wrong!]
That's... A fair criticism.
AI comics don't always render properly. Much of the graphics are hallucinated by the models. We generally review the visual accuracy, but the scale and annotations are hard to control, so viewers should stay vigilant.
You should leave a comment on graphics that are rendered improperly to help the next reader!
That is much appreciated, we thank you in advance.
[I love you xoxo]
Wow! Something positive!
Thanks, we will keep working hard
That's it? We're not engaging further?
I would want to, and we would love to if we have attention and time left over. We don't believe we are too good to be ignoring audience feedback.
Most people are just shy...
I get it. We can start off by assuring we love people with initiative and we'll try to honor their engagement the best we can.
And there's...?
["Can you cover {topic}, {paper}, {product}?]
Look, there's actually a content request for us!
That's great news. Saves us the trouble of deciding ourselves.
Are we actually gonna do it?
Only if we are confident in reproducing the material responsibly, and is aligned with our content roadmap
Are there examples of preferred content requests?
We like impactful scientific papers, engineering blogs, product, or solutions that change lives

Ad break over?
We pretty much said all we wanna say.
Haven't we forgotten something?
Ah.
Thank you for supporting Katsura Kurumi!!
